Priority Health and BCBS it offers more options that allow members to select their level of coverage from a wide range of care and benefits.

Grandville Jenison Chamber Health Insurance Providers

Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) health programs are available to Grandville-Jenison Chamber of Commerce members. To take advantage of this opportunity, please contact Sandy LeBlanc at 616-531.8890.

There are three types of health programs available with BCBS:

Traditional Medical
Blue Care Network: Participating Provider Organization (HMO)
Community Blue: Health Maintenance Organization (PPO)

Priority Health HMO is directly available to GJC Members. Priority Health is a regional HMO serving 13 contiguous counties in West Michigan. Similar to BCBS, Priority Health rates are based on group size and industry code (SIC). Program specifics and a rate proposal may be obtained from an agent appointed by Priority Health.
