Member Goes Above and Beyond in Customer Service

With the talk of good customer service being a thing of the past, I wanted to share an e-mail that was sent to me on behalf of an AIM Mail Center customer.

I feel I need to compliment Mr. Scott DeWys-owner of A.I.M. @ 7589 Cottonwood Dr. Ste. E.616-301-3501 !! He's a Super, hardworking person! He's hidden....needs recognition somehow...last nite 7-12-10, not realizing AIM closed at 5 PM, Mr. DeWys stayed late and saw me reading the "hours" posted sign and he opened up and let me in...then I go home and forgot the death certificate…

Grandville Jenison Chamber Sponsors Kids Food Drive

Grandville Jenison Chamber responds to local food pantry need for Kids. Its summertime and children are out of school. As fun as summer break can be, it leaves many children who rely on school breakfast and lunch programs at greater risk of hunger. In response to this need the Grandville Jenison Chamber will be sponsoring a Kids Food Drive through the month of August.
